A Decade of Dedication: Celebrating 10 Years of Service

At Alternative Heat, recognising long service is one of the most meaningful things we do. It reflects loyalty, growth, and the lasting impact of our people. This year, we proudly celebrated four incredible team members who each marked 10 years with the company: Fergal Hegarty, Damien Grant, Joe McAuley, and Lauren Kelly.

Managing Director, Connel McMullan, shared: “Marking 10 years of service is about more than time—it’s about commitment, growth, and impact. We’re incredibly grateful for their continued dedication and proud to celebrate this milestone with them.”

Reflecting on their journeys:

· Joe McAuley, Accounts Administrator, shared: “I’ve always felt supported and have made great friends along the way—it’s been a brilliant journey so far.”

· Lauren Kelly added: “Celebrating 10 years is special. I’m thankful for the opportunities and inspiring colleagues who’ve made the journey rewarding. I’m excited for what’s to come.”
