Earlier this year, we enhanced our spool welding operations with cutting-edge robotic automation, significantly increasing productivity and consistency across our fabrication facilities.

By introducing the Novarc Spool Welding Robot (SWR) on a rail-mounted system, we achieved exceptional flexibility and precision for a wide range of pipe sizes (125mm to 500mm) and weld lengths (200mm to 4.5m). This innovation enabled us to standardise quality while boosting throughput by an additional 700 meters of welds per week, operating across day and night shifts.
