Powering the Next Phase of Data Centre Expansion in the Amsterdam Region

30 January 2026

Already established in the region, Alternative Heat was ideally placed to support a long-standing client’s expansion with offsite modular solutions on separate data centre projects — one at 19.2MW and another at 28.8MW. Leveraging our established regional teams and increased fabrication capacity, we are delivering critical infrastructure at scale.

While Banbridge remains a core part of our operations, our Dundalk manufacturing and assembly (M&A) facility is currently fabricating critical chilled water systems for both data centres — including all riser and lateral modules, final equipment connections (Chillers and CRAH units), and pressurisation and filtration packaged plantrooms.

Engaged from the design phase, our teams implemented a DFMA-led strategy, enabling early fabrication. Combined with our increasing manufacturing capacity, this ensures programme, cost, and quality targets are met — while reinforcing the value of long-term, trusted partnerships.

These projects showcase the scale, coordination, and capability of our teams and reflect a strong forward order book as we continue to deliver complex infrastructure across Europe.

Different year. Same focus on quality, collaboration, and delivery.
