Low-Carbon Offsite Mechanical Solutions for a New Scottish Custodial Facility

We are pleased to confirm the successful delivery of key offsite-manufactured mechanical modules for a new custodial facility in Scotland.

Manufactured at our Mallusk facility, these integrated riser, lateral, and plantroom systems have been developed to support the Scottish Government’s low-carbon objectives, incorporating renewable technologies including ground source and water source heat pumps.

This offsite delivery model improves build quality, supports efficient on-site installation, and contributes to accelerated programme delivery.
