Marking 10 Years of Dedicated Service

At Alternative Heat, recognising long service is one of the most meaningful ways we celebrate our people. It reflects dedication, loyalty, and the lasting contribution our team members make to the business every day.

This year, we’re proud to celebrate four outstanding colleagues who have each reached the milestone of 10 years with the company: Chris Burns, Jason Crudden, Conor McMeel, and Paul Burns.

Over the past decade, Chris, Jason, Paul, and Conor have each played an important role in our journey. Their hard work, professionalism, and commitment have helped strengthen our business, support our customers, and contribute to the collaborative culture we’re proud of today.

Reflecting on their journeys:

	Chris Burns, Associated Director, said “It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years already, but what a brilliant 10 years it’s been. AH and our teams have grown so much over that time, and I’m truly proud to have been part of it. Here’s to the next 10 years on this exciting journey.”
	Jason Crudden, BIM Manager, said “I joined AH as a CAD Technician, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to develop my skills, take on new challenges, and progress into a BIM Manager role, where I am fortunate to be supported by an enthusiastic & talented team. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m grateful to everyone who has guided me along the way.”
	Conor McMeel, Service & Maintenance Manager, said “Chris, Jason, Paul and I will be the last batch of employees who have been with AH since its Castlewellan days, and we’ve seen the company change and grow beyond all recognition. In doing so, the company has managed to retain both familiar faces and core values which define it – ensuring that employees starting their journey with the company today get the same welcome and opportunities we did ten years ago.”
	Paul Burns, Senior Warehouse Supervisor, said “Proud to celebrate 10 years with AH! A huge thank you to the company for the opportunities, support, experiences over the past decade and to all the amazing colleagues I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside. I look forward to what the future holds and the years ahead!”
