Alternative Heat secure Data Centre package

Alternative Heat has been awarded the contract to design, fabricated and deliver 16No. prefabricated plantrooms for a data centre in Ireland.

The data centre, for a multinational blue chip, will be one of Europe’s largest once complete and is an impressive addition to the company’s portfolio of Offsite MEP prefab projects.

Alternative Heat’s in-house design teams will undertake full plant room coordinated design to BIM Level 2 and will fabricate and fit out the plant rooms within their state-of-the-art fabrication facilities, which are currently undergoing a £5m expansion.

The contract award is one of several flagship prefabrication contracts secured by Alternative Heat this quarter, as they continue to see growth across all sectors.
