Alternative Heat Marathon Fundraiser 2026

A huge congratulations to all of our Alternative Heat marathon and relay runners who took part in this year’s Belfast Marathon! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We were incredibly proud to have 40 colleagues representing Alternative Heat across the Marathon Relay teams, alongside 8 individuals taking on the full 42.2km challenge. From start to finish, the day showcased outstanding determination, teamwork and commitment from everyone involved.

But this challenge was about more than just completing the course.

Together, we took part to raise funds in support of Air Ambulance Northern Ireland, a vital charity providing rapid, life-saving medical care across the region when every second counts. Their work makes a real difference to individuals and families every single day, and we’re proud to support the essential service they provide.

We would like to say a massive thank you and well done to everyone who ran, donated, supported and encouraged the team along the way. The support received has been fantastic and greatly appreciated by all involved.
