A proud moment for the Alternative Heat Team
10 June 2026
At Alternative Heat, quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health & safety are not annual audit exercises — they are fundamental to how we operate every day.
Earlier this year, we successfully completed our ISO surveillance audit, maintaining certification to 𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝟗𝟎𝟎𝟏, 𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟭𝟰𝟬𝟬𝟭, and 𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟰𝟱𝟬𝟬𝟭. More significantly, we took the decision to extend the scope of certification to include our Mallusk and Dundalk M&A facilities ahead of schedule, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement across every part of the business.
These internationally recognised standards provide independent verification that the systems, processes, and culture underpinning our business continue to meet the highest standards for quality, environmental management, and occupational health & safety.
For us, certification is never about meeting the minimum requirement. It is about setting the benchmark, challenging ourselves to improve, and ensuring our clients, partners and employees can have complete confidence in the way we work.
One client recently described our Quality Team as: “𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙩, 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚, 𝙖 𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡-𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙘.”
That recognition means just as much as the certificates themselves.
As Alternative Heat continues to grow, we remain committed to raising standards, investing in our capabilities, and delivering industry-leading solutions for our clients.
