Position Description

We are currently looking to fill the role of Office Administrator /Trainee Office Administrator to support our growing team in our fabulous new Head Quarters based in Banbridge. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and diverting phone calls and handling phone messages accurately.
  • Process a large number of documents daily, including uploading & downloading drawings / documents from in house software.
  • Responsible for the arrangement of meetings and the production, co- ordination and circulation of agendas, business papers, minutes, and other documentation.
  • Attending meetings, noting, and recording minutes of key discussions and decisions made.
  • Assist as required in the preparation of reports and other formal documents.
  • Working as part of a team and on own initiative to ensure that all information is correct and accurate on all systems.
  • Become aware of the functions of other members of staff in the department as they affect your work.
  • To communicate in a professional, helpful and non-prejudicial manner in all your dealings with staff, clients and customers as you will be regarded as a representative of your department and the Company, and you should behave accordingly.
  • To maintain high standards of work within your department.
  • Any other duties necessary within the scope and purpose of the job as requested and offer support to other office-based staff when possible.

Essential Criteria:

  • Good Microsoft Office skills – to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Relevant experience.
  • Ability to take ownership of their duties and a willingness to grow and learn within their team and the company.
  • Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.

Location:

Head Office, Banbridge

Hours:

08:00-17:00, Mon – Thurs, 08:00 -15:00 Fri

Salary:

Competitive depending on experience
