Position Description

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Executive, you will be an essential part of the team, supporting our business needs and progressing your career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain company Client Relationship Management system (CRM), to include the uploading of new quotes and the inputting of new client details
  • Prepare monthly CRM reports (template provided), for circulation and review by the Commercial Sales team
  • Liaise with Document Control team to assist in the set-up of incoming enquiries
  • Organise meetings and meeting room set-up as required by Commercial Sales team
  • Attend meetings, noting and recording minutes of key discussions Produce, co-ordinate and circulate agendas, minutes and other documentation from meetings and circulate to relevant team members
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other formal documents.
  • Ensure the upkeep of reporting templates in preparation for monthly Commercial Sales meetings
  • Collate information to assist in post contract analysis and reporting
  • Help coordinate sales & marketing events and client appointments
  • Assist in the creation and procurement of marketing materials, including engagement with external companies.
  • Undertake other administrative duties
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by Management

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above or equivalent, these must include Mathematics and English Language
  • Relevant experience working in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of duties and a willingness to grow and learn within their team and the company.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Location:

Head Office, Banbridge

Hours:

08:00-17:00, Mon – Thurs, 08:00 -15:00 Fri

Salary:

Competitive depending on experience
