At this stage you will be contacted by our manager of Human Resources to inform you that your application has been successful. This should take no more than 10 minutes and you will be invited to attend an in-person interview at our Head Office in Banbridge, Co.Down.
If successful, you will be invited to the in-person interview. At this point a discussion will be had with the managers of the department you have applied for, who will ask you questions about your previous experience in the field, why you have chosen to apply for the job at Aternative Heat and will also go through your CV. After this there will then be a discussion about salary, employee commitment and working as part of a developing team.
Depending on the number of candidates that may have applied or have been interviewed, a job offer could potentially be made after the interview is over. All in all the in-person interview should take anywhere from 30 mins up to 1 hour.
When you have completed the in-person interview, candidates will be looked at and interviews reviewed to decide on the person(s) who the company will send a final job offer to. Any short-listed applicants who have been unsuccesful in the application will be notified via e-mail or letter and given feedback if requested. Any applicant(s) who has been succesful will receive a phone call to confirm that they have been offered a position within the company. This process can take up to 2 weeks.
Once you have received and accepted the job offer for the position that you have applied for, you will be given your start date and will go through the induction programme with our Health & Safety Manager and will begin your career at Alternative Heat Ltd. For any unsuccessful candidates, any CV's that have been shortlisted will be held by the company for 6 months, so that if the situation arises that we would need to employ somebody in a similiar field, you will be contacted regarding this vacancy.
