Manifolds

Underfloor heating manifolds are at the centre of every underfloor heating system. All the underfloor heating flow and return pipwork is connected to the manifold and it acts as a central distrubution centre. The manifold is connected to the heat source (i.e. oil boiler or heat pump) and distributes the water into your underfloor heating system. It is usally located away in a discrete cupcoard so that it can be accessed for servicing and maintenance.

Alternative Heat manifolds differ slightly to conventional manifolds in that they act like a low velocity header and are made of 5mm thick steel.

Two manifold types are available either the Compact or the LT depending on the system design.
