Compact Manifold

Compact manifolds range from 2 to 20 port's, are manufactured from 5mm thick steel and come complete with following components:

• Circulating pump.
• Thermostatic mixing valve and probe sensor.
• Flow and Return temperature guages.
• Pipe connecting unions and rings.
• High limit sensor.
• Boiler Flow and Return Isolating valves.
• Air vent.
• Return Header.
• Flow Header.

The compact manifold is original in design and differs to conventional manifolds in that it acts like a low velocity header. It allows a greater volume of boiler flow water to mix with underfloor return water to increase underfloor reaction times.The compact design with the pump on the front and the boiler flow and return on the top decrease the space required for the manifold.

With its pre-assembled construction installation is made easy as you just fit the manifold to the wall and connect the underfloor pipe to the circuits. The compact plus models( 14 port to 20 port) are especially benefical for large commercial systems reducing the number of manifolds required, boiler flow and return pipework and associated electrical controls.
