IDK Roof-Integrated Collector
| The IDK roof-integrated collector is ideal for for new build projects and provides an attractive roof design. The collectors are available in 6 different sizes ranging from 1.25m² to 10m². The most common size is 2.5m² collectors but the larger panels allow for greater design flexibility in commercial applications. The panels come complete with flashing kits for slate, plain tile and ridged tile roofs. The panels are installed on the roof when it has been proofed and lathed. Once secured to the lath and roof truss the panels are finished with flashing kit to provide a water proof seal. Because of the low profile of the panels they are not as obtrusive as on-roof panels or evacuated tubes and provide an attractive option especially when the south facing roof is on the front of the house.
