Herz offers as specialist for renewable energy systems a range of systems which produce electricity in addition to heat. Solutions in the power range from 30 up to 2400 kW are offered. Due to the wide range of different systems, working media & temperatures there is a variety of possible uses. With consideration of the individual situations Herz offers the optimal & customized energy solution for every requirement.

Boiler Range

Herz offers CHP systems with a nominal heat output from 100kW to 10MW to produce warm water, hot water, hot air and hot gas, thermal oil or saturated steam up to a working pressure of 10 bar as a standard. The biggest advantage of Binder is total flexibility, where we seek to provide an optimum solution for your requirements.

Herz biomass systems (warm, hot water boilers, saturated steam boilers, hot air and hot gas systems & thermal oil systems) can be used individually for the generation of heat of various kinds:
– Large buildings as public buildings, hotels, agriculture, etc.
– local and district heatings
– industry & commerce as horticulture and timber processing

In addition to the generation of heat Herz also offers CHP plants for simultaneous production of heat and electricity. In addition hot water boilers, saturated steam boilers, hot air/hot gas systems or thermal oil systems are used. Due to the generation of electricity from waste heat the overall efficiency of the system is increased and electricity is generated in environment-friendly & resources saving way.

In addition to heat & power there is also the possibility for cooling. Here, a part of the generated heat is used to operate an absorption chiller or adsorption chiller for cooling. The simultaneous production of heat, power and cooling is thus an extension of co-generation and is called tri-generation.
