As we deal with a wide range of technologies, Mary is at hand to provide all the details on the most up to date training courses available to ensure our technicians are constantly kept updated with all the latest information and developments within their field.

Craig has over 7 years experience within CAD drawing and design. He is an invaluable member of our team, producing designs which allow our clients to visualise their installation. In addition to this, we can produce drawings and schematics which assist associated trades, such as the builders and electricians. The early production of layout drawings helps us to manage our installation to a high quality finish.

Niall is a qualified Mechanical Engineer. His expertise in heat loss calculations and knowledge of building regulations and requirements ensures that each design proposed by Alternative Heat is of the highest standard and will confirm to both the clients and local authorities requirements. Niall works through the HT2000 design model for underfloor and heat loss designs to ensure we are using the most up to date software within our designs.

Jim has over 30 years experience working in the plumbing industry. Over that time he has gained a wealth of knowledge, which he now uses to incorporate renewable energies into existing oil and gas systems. Often Jim will visit site to advise clients on the best method of installation and to explain to them which system will best suit their needs. He is also a valuable link for associated trades as he will advise them of our exact requirements at an early stage, which prevents abortive or additional works at a later stage.
